Q: What is Gaidinia?
A: Gaidinia is a world full of various mythical species. You can read about it here.
Q: Can I create my own Gaidinian?
A: Yes and no. You are able to put a normal kemonomimi, human, non-species into Gaidinia, but you are not able to create any of Gaidinian original species without a MYO slot.
Q: What original species are in Gaidinia?
A: Currently, we have Nyanarrs, Kyomes, Thalemimis and Kemuchiis.
We also have many pet species that are available only to people who already own a Gaidinian. Read more about all the species here.
Q: How can I get Gaidinian species?
A: You can either purchase it from the owner, mods or guest artists (via our discord), win a raffle (also via our discord) or buy a myo slot.
Q: Where can I buy a myo slot?
A: Myos are only open each month for 24 hours - usually around 23rd - 26th of the month. The best way to keep track is to be in the server as the MYO sale is announced every time. You can also check our bulletins. Check this page for the prices. The best way to purchase is via the server or pming Sasori on TH.
Q: Can I join the group if I don't own any Gaidinian?
A: Definitely! Gaidinia is open to everyone!
Q: How does each species age?
A:
Kyomes are born as "adults", they have no baby stage.
0-30 - Young adult
31-55 - Adult
56-75 - Middle-aged
76-100 - Senior
Nyanarrs and Thalemimis age exactly like humans.
Kemuchiis don't age at all.
All aging and death are optional. You can simply "turn it off" and pretend it doesn't happen.
Q: What language do they speak?
A: The official language of Gaidinia is Gaidinian, but most species are able to speak more languages (including for example English, Spanish, Japanese - up to the owner!)
Q: Can I edit my Gaidinian?
A: Smaller edits, such as hair styling and clothing (aka. realistic changes) are allowed. To edit your Gaidinian more, you need a Bubble Potion available in our Discord shop. It allows you to make any minor changes (changing the skin color, eye color...) and a few changes - Cat shaped ears to deer shaped ears, different horns, tail and even changing the pattern of the second skin (slightly). The character needs to resemble their pre-redesigning version. Redesigning max. 50% of the design is allowed. Changing the element is not possible without special approval (Star potion).
Q: Can I trade/sell my Gaidinian?
A: You need to check the T.O.S. of your character's designer to be completely sure, but it's usually like this: You are able to resell your character for the price you have bought it for + all commissioned and your art counts too. (Your official prices!). If you got the character in trade or as a gift, you shouldn't sell it without the worth control check.
Pets are a bit different - you can't resell Gaidinian pets even if you purchased them (it's always mentioned when they are posted). You can only trade them for other Gaidinian pets.
Q: Can I make an identical twin to my Gaidinian?
A: You need a myo slot for the additional twin character but you also need to ask the designer if they are comfortable with that. You can't resell only one twin, while they count as two characters, if they look completely identical, they need to go together.
Q: Can I make a child to my Gaidinian?
A: Yes but you need a myo slot for the child. They can't be the exact copy of either of the parents.
Q: Can I void my Gaidinian?
A: You can if the designer allows you that. The character will no longer be a part of our Gaidinia world and that means you can't join events with them or have them drawn for raffles and Gaidinian only requests.
Q: Can I void my pet?
A: Yes, you cannot use the artwork on base anymore, though. You may re-use the design if the designer allows you, but the character is not a part of Gaidinian universe anymore (including the species). You need to get the permission from the owner and you need to change the species (ex. Fuuni to a dog)
Q: Can I co-own a character with someone else?
A: No, currently, this option is not available.
